Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Some countries are not listed in our shipping options because of high import duties at the destination. If you wish to make a purchase and your country is not under the options, please contact us to help you with your order. 

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Local and international orders will be shipped from our store the same day (if placed before 5pm on business days), if placed on Friday after 6:00pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. 

Please note that if your order is outside the city, it could take around 2 - 5 business days. If you’re unable to process your order, please contact us and we will help you with it.

 

I have a gift card code. How do I apply?

You will be able to redeem the value of your gift card by entering its unique code at checkout.

- If your card holds enough balance, you will be able to use it on more than one purchase.
- If the available balance on your card is less than the total order, you will be prompted to use a second payment method for the remaining balance.
