Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only offer national shipping, but it’s in our future plans to expand internationally.
How long will it take to get my order?
Your order will be shipped from our store the same day (if placed before 5pm on business days).
Please note that if your order is outside the city, it could take around 2 - 3 days, depending on the shipping agency. If you’re unable to process your order, we will notify you and provide you with a store credit.
I have a gift card code. How do I apply?
You will be able to redeem the value of your gift card by entering its unique code at checkout.
- If your card holds enough balance, you will be able to use it on more than one purchase.
- If the available balance on your card is less than the total order, you will be prompted to use a second payment method for the remaining balance.
Can I return my product?
We do not accept returns, but we gladly offer exchanges for a different item within 14 days of receiving your original order (except items marked "Final Sale”). Items must be unworn and have their original box or tag. Items that show visible wear (i.e. scuffed soles) will be rejected and returned to sender.
