Bruni Inner Circle

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Bruni Inner Circle is an invite-only client program. Clients are selected based on their purchase history with Bruni and notified directly via email and WhatsApp when they are added to the program. Inner Circle status is tied to the client's account and is reviewed periodically by Bruni.

2. Benefits

Inner Circle members receive the following benefits:

a) Purchase discount

A 20% discount on any single purchase of $500 or more, using code XXX. This code is valid for one year from the date it is issued and can be used an unlimited number of times during that period, provided each qualifying purchase reaches $500 or more. This discount applies to full-price and sale items.

b) Birthday discount

A 20% discount valid throughout the client's birthday month. A separate, personalized code is sent to the client at the start of their birthday month and can be used once during that month. This discount applies to full-price and sale items.

3. Exclusions

• Shipping fees and payment processing fees are not eligible for discount.
• Discounts apply only to the value of eligible merchandise.

4. How to redeem

• Online: Enter the applicable code at checkout on brunishop.com.
• In store: Discounts are validated using the client's name. Team members will confirm Inner Circle status at the time of purchase.

5. General conditions

• All brands carried by Bruni are eligible for both discounts.
• Discounts cannot be combined with each other or with other promotional offers, unless otherwise stated.
• Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or refunded for cash or store credit.
• Each discount code is intended for the exclusive use of the Inner Circle member to whom it was issued.
• Bruni reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the Inner Circle program, or to change these terms, at any time and without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to active members.
• Bruni reserves the right to revoke Inner Circle status in cases of misuse of the program's benefits.
