🌍 International Returns & Exchanges
Sending Back Your Return
If you are returning an order from outside of Panama, please note the following:
- International customers are responsible for covering both the return shipping costs and any import duties or taxes charged upon entry to Panama.
- If you choose to return your item using your preferred carrier, you must provide us with the shipping label, tracking information, and proof of tax payment (if applicable). We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as BRUNI is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels.
- If you prefer to use our carrier (DHL), the cost of the return label and any import duties will be deducted from your refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@brunishop.com within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. Returned items must be:
- In original condition.
- Unworn and unwashed.
- With all original tags and packaging intact.
🔁 Exchanges
At this time, we are unable to process international exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item (if eligible) for a refund.
💳 Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus:
- Return shipping label cost (if arranged through us).
- Import duties and taxes.
- Original shipping fees (non-refundable).
- Once we have received and inspected your return, please allow 1–3 business days for the refund to be processed.
